Abstract


Legal order is an important component of the order of human society, it is not always there, but it Producted, developed and changed gradually with the country’s production, economic development, the progress of rule of law in modern society and the need for stability and harmony of human society. Legal order has been proposed and realized as a legal status, and it also has been paid more and more attention, so it became a concern issue on jurisprudence. This article attempts to show the generation process of legal order and to reveal the related factors with the generation process of legal on this basis. It analyses the interaction of various factors and the various of social conditions and processes on the generation process of legal order,it also proposes the improvement and reform of the legal order combining with the actual rule of law in the contemporary China.Specifically, this article first analyzes the significance of the topics and summarizes the domestic legal order and the foreign legal order in view of the current situation of legal order. Then it defines the meaning of the legal order on this basis of resolving different views at home and abroad, and it analyse. The formation of the legal order on looking for a breakthrough. Any kind of generations of social order has social causes, mass incidents emerge one after another on today’s society which is a manifestation of the lack of legal order ,and that is why we need effective means to resolve it. To solve this problem, we must form an effective interaction and search for an export in communication and interaction .We could form an acceptable order through the regulatory role of the law. As an organic system, the legal order has been formed by internal and external factors, so we must apply the law to all areas making it as the basis of all departments and group behaviour, only in this way, the law will be internalized and became the standard of behaviour.This is not all the procedure of the legal order’s generation. The society is always on the development, and the legal order must have been improved and transformed to achieve the aim of balancing social development. Therefore, the analysis on the formation of legal order is very important, it is an indispensable theory for the promotion of social development.
