Abstract


Due to historical and practical reasons , the environmental problems in rural areas has not been possible cause for concern , but at the same time , the rural ecological environment at an alarming rate is damaged , the rural mass incidents triggered by environmental pollution are on the rise , and as an environmental pollution control main township government behavioral disorders are closely related .
