Abstract


Based on the theoretical basis of social exchange, the article adopts some research methods, such as participate observation and so on, takes the Laihao tuen, Nanle village, Yongle Township, Youjiang area BaiSe as a case, researches the tuen’s private mutual actions, and importantly analyzes social relations、private mutual type、the significance of private assistance、the main reason for private assistance etc in Laihao tuen.By researching the private assistance in Laihao tuen which is both immigrant village and the new rural construction demonstration site, we find private assistance in Laihao tuen is a kind of interactive behavior which reflects commutative、indirect sustainability、the dynamic change and complexity;Within the overall social circle in Laihao tuen, private mutual actions will present different private contacts as different situation, they mainly conclude blood mutual circle、marriage mutual circle、geopolitical mutual circle and mutual friendship; Private assistance promotes immigrant village harmony and the new socialist countryside construction; Behind the private assistance in Laihao tuen concludes rule of diversity in mutual benefit、customs and face、social status、popularity and reputation etc.In view of the current social change, studying migrant villages and maintain personal assistance, on the one hand, they can expand research vision migrant villages and deepen rural mutual relations research community private; on the other hand, there will be strong practical significance to build the Chinese farmers’ production and life safety, to promote the harmonious development of migrant villages.
