Abstract

The transition period in the development of sports industry in China, the local government can actively change their functions to promote the cluster produce and development has become an urgent problem. In view of this, in Chengdu, Shanghai, Jinjiang City to participate in the sports industry activities and personnel engaged in the sports industry as the research object, a quantitative study of the role of local government in the early stage of development of sports industry cluster, and want to be able to draw on industry cluster development theory to explore the positioning of the Government in the early stages of development of the sports industry cluster, and provide theoretical support for local governments to actively promote the development of the sports industry cluster. Then, using the the SPSS17.0 social science statistical package, 22 of the questionnaire response of local governments to factor analysis of the role of the indicators in the early stages of development of the sports industry cluster, and construct a total of six public factor and its analyze, named . Six common factors and factor extracted again in six public-factor based on the importance of local government in the early stages of development of sports industry cluster and its composition correlation analysis between the indicators.
