Abstract


The real estate investment risk evaluation is a very complex system evaluation problem, we adapt to the needs of the real estate investment risk management , focus on improving the current real estate investment project risk evaluation system , a questions , analysis and problem-solving ideas and framework , provide reference for decision-makers to make decisions , and make decision-making more reasonable and scientific . The paper first analyzes the current domestic and foreign real estate investment , a preliminary analysis of the influencing factors of real estate investment . Then discusses real estate investment risk identification process , pointed out that the main factors affecting the real estate investment , interpretative structural modeling of the real estate investment risk factors clustering, carried out a detailed analysis of influencing factors and clustering . And then create a real estate investment risk assessment system . The basic principles of the triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method , fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number . Finally, an example to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the model . That the use of real estate investment risk evaluation method based on triangular fuzzy number Fuzzy AHP evaluation is feasible, is applicable in the actual risk assessment decisions .
