Abstract


Adopt a construction contract management theory, combined with the continued construction of a high-rise project characteristics, the continued construction of high-rise construction contract management conducted in-depth research. Content focuses on the actual construction process of general contracting management, with strong practicability and maneuverability. In this thesis, for the same construction contract management provides an effective method for the problems raised in the ultra-high-rise continued construction project general contracting management improvements needed for similar projects provide valuable reference and reference value.
