Zebrafish is a tropical freshwater fish, feeding is simple, easy to manage , easy to access, has long been widely used in developmental biology and environmental toxicology studies . In recent years with the development of genetic engineering techniques , the use of transgenic zebrafish rapid monitoring of environmental pollutants is increasingly becoming a hot research . Green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene is the only stable expression in cells without any other reaction substrate and cofactors able to issue new green fluorescence reporter gene . Its no species , tissue , and location -specific , and can monitor gene expression, signal transduction, co-transfection , protein transport and positioning, and cell lineage classification . This paper is the use of transgenic technology and green fluorescent protein (GFP) successfully established a zebrafish poison detection system. We use response element AHRDtk aromatic fragments and pFRMwg plasmid vectors by digestion, ligation and PCR amplification procedures such as successfully constructed vector DNA, and then transferred through microinjection of zebrafish , and finally through continuous passage and screening to obtain a stable transgenic zebrafish , thereby detecting poison.
