Abstract


In this paper, the results of previous studies , the first to be used in the article, fashion , fast fashion and fast fashion business model were defined . Addressed the combined system based on value theory defined on the business model , the business model structure factors used in this article are summarized as lead time , target customer , product configuration value , financial factors and ZARA , HM, UNIQLO for the first four elements of qualitative analysis . Then combined financial statements of the relevant data , ZARA, HM , UNIQLO sales , operating costs , market size made ??a rigorous comparative analysis , and combined with a qualitative analysis of the results obtained the results of the comparison of the above three companies business model , and then fast fashion business model before that , come to the business in which mode best: viewed from the point of view of reducing costs , ZARA mode for enterprises to create the most effective ; profitability perspective , HM mode . profitable ; from the the development speed point of view , UNIQLO is worth promoting the use of network marketing and mail order , domestic stylish casual wear brand is worth a reference and as multinationals in Asia , the supermarket - shopping environment . HM the cross-border marketing is worth garment enterprises in China to study and learn .
