Abstract


Our country township government civil servant moral construction is an important part of building the grass-roots harmonious society, the development of grass-roots social market economy, the building of township government official moral construction has some new challenges. Despite the moral status of the township government civil servants are good, but some township government civil servants have low moral quality, which is not conducive to the“three rural”issue, which is not good at the development of grassroots democracy. The township government civil servants are civil servants at the grassroots level, they carry out national policies in the first line, so the quality and speed of moral construction of the township government civil servant, which directly affect that the party and government’s status and image in the farmers. This article through to the description of our country township government civil servants ethical out-of-standard, in order to explain that moral construction of the township government civil servants has long way to go, and seeking behavior causes of the township government civil servants will become a unavoidable topic. I focus on two aspects of history and reality to overview its causes, and then discuss the path of moral construction of the township government civil servants. In summary, writing mainly for the township government civil servants, should pay attention to distinguish the national civil servants, pay attention to their own characteristics as the township government civil servants, mass, grass-roots and so on. Therefore,“Three rural”issue, development of grassroots democracy will be gone through the moral construction of the township government civil servants in this article, to highlight the characteristics of the moral construction of township government civil servants.
