Abstract


Project management through a systematic theory and tools have played a key role in the construction of information systems . Communication management throughout the entire the information construction project management always . Communication information technology project performance has thus been placed in an important position . The basis of theories, models and methods of analysis were summarized and communication management , communication and performance evaluation system based on the full life cycle of the IT project communication and performance evaluation of the project life cycle analysis framework , principles ' indicators and methods . Subsequently, the case for the actual construction to the the Chinese silver call center CRM system , in practice, to communicate the full project life cycle performance evaluation study . Finally , from the six aspects of the communication performance improvement strategy . Construction projects to help information technology to better assess the performance of communication , improve the efficiency of communication .
