Abstract


With the worldwide economic united and the knowledge economy era’s coming, knowledge and high-quality talent to become the most important competitive resources for the company. Under this background, most multinational companies have set up their own educational institutions-Corporate University. Among those excellent corporate universities at home and abroad, the important aspect of their success lies in fully exploring and integrating knowledge, information, talents and other resources.So far, corporate universities have been established more than two hundred in China, how to fully dig the hard and soft enterprise resource, how to develop and construct the systematic and effective courses system construction, is the important work of corporate university. The study of courses system construction is comparatively scarce in corporate university by scholars.Through collected and study on foreign and domestic documents in corporate university, I discovered that more successful course system of the corporate universities mainly depends on effective identification, development and management of the enterprise knowledge.This thesis based of knowledge management theory, analysis and dig enterprise knowledge, in order to find out an exclusive method and corresponding ideas for the courses system construction of corporate university. Through random questionnaire investigation for 22 corporate universities and statistical analysis, I discovered that the managers of corporate universities have a weak sense of knowledge, the content of the courses are homoplasy and lack of peculiarity and reasonable course structure, short of the flow chart and support system for the structure of course system. And then, I interviewed 3 corporate universities, expectations of mining the nature of the above problems and displaying the current situation of corporate universities’s coerse system.Finally, I combined the knowledge management theory and its process, speculated against the peculiarity of enterprise knowledge, given the general prosess, submitted the course system construction and its supporting facilities of course system construction of corporate university. The place of innovation of this thesis lies in combined the knowledge management theory to study the courses system construction of corporate university, and discusses some key problems and solutions for the future research.
