Abstract


In recent years, the rapid development of China’s tourism industry has become one of the most active social, cultural and economic activities, but because of their industry characteristics and the complex socio-economic background, the tourism industry constantly being impacted at multi-level and multi-angle .It is restricted the sustainable development of tourism, it is also a test of government and society to respond to shocks from the domestic and international incidents occurred in various management . As a tourist destination is concerned, for effective tourism crisis management can be eliminated, to defuse the crisis, and to minimize the damage caused by tourism crisis. While tourism in general aware of the importance of crisis management, but both the government or society have failed to make full preparations for the crisis, particularly the lack of a comprehensive tourism crisis management measures. Tourism crisis undermined the destination image, reducing the public’s (tourists) confidence of the tourism destination, and tourism has caused tremendous losses. This is a tourism crisis, it is raise a new challenge in the tourism crisis appears increasingly becoming the norm in the tourism development context, in order to better promote sustainable tourism development, it is necessary to travel the crisis itself and the depth the tourism crisis management system.In this paper, learn from previous research results, based on the tourism system theory, chaos theory, psychology and other crisis theory, crisis management from the travel literature review of theoretical research, combining real crisis in the tourism and travel conditions, described emergency, crisis and the definition of tourism crisis, and to explore from the tourists (the subject), tourism enterprises (medium), destination (the object) the three aspects of the impact of tourism performance and the reasons for the crisis; from tourism self-factors started, its analysis of the impact mechanism. With the tourism crisis management theory in the dynamic management of the "three stage" model of life-cycle theory and the tourism crisis, crisis management of the tourism crisis response system for the building and described specific strategies for the tourism crisis response measures.
