Abstract


Objective: By understanding recurrent aphthous ulcers ( Recurrent Aphthous ulcer , RAU ) in the saliva of patients with ulcers and intermittent hepatocyte growth factor ( hepatocyte growth factor , HGF ) mass concentration differences , explore HGF RAU and healing role. Methods: 30 patients with mild RAU patients met the inclusion criteria were collected saliva ulcers and intermittent ( ulcer healing within a week after ) the same period, 30 cases of healthy adults collected saliva by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA) to detect the mass concentration of HGF in three groups saliva samples . Statistical analysis, using single-factor analysis of variance ( one - way ANOVA ) for the three groups and LSD - t test was used for pairwise comparisons . Results: enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in three groups saliva samples derived HGF mass concentration by statistical analysis results are as follows : (1 ) ulcers of group difference in the mass concentration of HGF in the intermittent group and the control group three groups saliva samples statistically significant ( F = 12.63 , P lt ; 0.01 ) ; ( 2 ) the mass concentration of HGF RAU patients with ulcers of saliva is less than the interim period and the control group ( LSD - t test P LT ; 0.01 ) ; ( 3 ) RAU patients with intermittent the mass concentration higher than that of saliva HGF ( LSD - t test P LT ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: The occurrence of oral ulcers of patients with RAU may be to reduce the quality of HGF concentration in the saliva , and its self-healing ulcers may HGF mass concentration in saliva after elevated .
