Abstract


Objective: Retrospective analysis of arterial atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis ( atherosclerotic renal artery of steno sis, ARAS ) of 60 patients with clinical data , to investigate the clinical features and clinical basis for the early prediction of ARAS , for the screening of secondary hypertension clinical data . Methods: A retrospective analysis of the Henan Provincial People's Hospital, hypertensive subjects 2009.1.1-2010.12.31 digital subtraction angiography diagnostic renal artery atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis in 60 patients, gender , age, blood lipids, ambulatory blood pressure fundus photography , upper arm - ankle pulse wave velocity , neck vascular ultrasound and other clinical data . Results: ( 1) ambulatory blood pressure shows 56.67% of the patients blood pressure control is not ideal ; (2 ) 78.33% patients Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade hypertensive retinopathy ; (3 ) 70% of patients with upper arm - foot pulse wave velocity speed up , prompts arterial sclerosis (4 ) 6.7% of patients with abdominal vascular murmur ; (5 ) 80% of patients with neck vascular sclerosis plaques ; ( 6) 16.17% of the patients with hypertensive renal damage ; ( 7) 18.33% of the patients increased renin activity . Conclusion: atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis clinical manifestations are not typical , on the basis of the routine examination when abnormalities occur BaPWV carotid atherosclerotic plaque and hard - to - control hypertension , you should consider whether the ARAS should the line further examination .
