Abstract

The folk religion is one of the most important subjects of study on the aspect of Anthropology, but until now, the concept of the folk religion is still vague to all of people. Many anthropologists, religious scholars have defined it before, but they don’t arrive to a unified conclusion. In the eyes of the ordinary, the folk religion may just have blind faith in burning the incense, praying the God and so on. Therefore, we have to get people out of the misunderstanding of it, make great efforts to let people see a completely different research about“the thick description”.Traditionally, people consider the folk religion as a kind of superstition, ignorance, backwardness, which is the biggest obstacle to rural economic development. However, with the development of the economic society, the folk religion doesn’t disappear, which proves the existence of it has a certain rationality, while it has a positive function to the development of economic society in the rural areas , such as integration, maintenance of stability, psychological dependence and so on.In Wangmingming and Zhubingxiang’s eyes, the folk beliefs and village life should be researched when they are linked.only such ability the people can objective understanding folk beliefs. Therefore in the investigation of H village, firstly introduces the folk belief of family, mainly including the worship of ancestors and the worship of god as family, discusses the causes and the worship of the gods from the worship ceremony, we can see that the villagers worship the gods is mainly to make their family to have a sense of security. Then introduces the various temples spirit and in this part of the natural spirit, mainly to make the villagers of entire villiage get protective.From the time of the Angle of the H village folk belief comparison,mainly divides into four stages, Including four stages, namely before the founding, after the founding of the cultural revolution , in the cultural revolution,after the cultural revolution,the folk beliefs have different forms on every stage,obtained the fact that existing change of folk beliefAfter a basic understanding of folk beliefs of H,from the specific village life,analyzed the role of folk beliefs in village’s life,discusses mainly the ancestors, funerals, rain in such activity,the folk beliefs in which play the conformity function.Through the ghosts worship and ancestor worship, natural objects worship,the religion more motivated by people’s psychological needs.In the analysis of folk beliefs of the villagers found it changed the psychological, gradually incline to "inertia" faith.Folk beliefs also contains some unfavorable to modernization construction and the construction of harmonious society.But we should also see this kind of activity have disappeared,some desalination lost mystery. When we study the village life and folk belief found that the folk beliefs have village control, the village integration and mental comfort function.So we should set up the complete guide mechanism.In the course of modernization, we should make folk beliefs towards more regulate the direction of development by scientific guiding and strengthen management,the folk beliefs become a kind of popular culture.
