Abstract


Shortly after the outbreak of the War , the KMT central government moved the capital to Chongqing , coastal, a large number of factories in Beijing and Tianjin , schools Inland , as the connection northwest, southwest, eastern provinces of Shaanxi becoming stick behind the anti-Japanese base in Xi'an as the capital of Shaanxi Province , Northwest economic, cultural and population centers , and its strategic position is more important. Japanese troops to destroy the effective strength of Chinese anti-Japanese war and the potential of the Chinese government and people to destroy the will of the war , forcing the Chinese government and people to give up war stance , the purpose of a compromise reached with Japan to begin the war against China launched a rear base in Xi'an crazy bombing. In the War of the eight years , the Japanese army in Xi'an for up to seven years of bombing , making Xi'an China became one of the most costly cities . Based on the Japanese scale aerial bombardment stress the urgency of the national government and the defense authorities to gradually build up in Xi'an , Shaanxi defense associations, Xi'an Aerospace Defense Command as the main content of Xi'an defense institution-building. Defense mechanism built in the same time, in order to carry out air defense education , organizing air evacuation , to build air defense fortifications , the establishment of air defense communications wartime air defense warning system specific measures also will be expanded. Xi'an 's air defense construction, victory of the war has made a positive contribution to our positive assessment should be , but because of the national government itself and the limitations of history , but also left a lot of regrets . This article concerns the Japanese air raid in Xi'an, while highlighting the implementation of Xi'an defense measures studied and then air defense measures were analyzed to assess the effectiveness of their defense , trying to reconstruct the facts on the basis of the Anti-Japanese War for air defense construction in Xi'an in detail , in order to build on today's our air provide useful historical reference .
