In Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern Dynasties near 400 year, although has Western Jin Dynasty’s short unification, but overall, the wars were still unceasing, the society was unstable, the dynasty alternated frequently. Under this situation, the traditional imperial power was weaker and weaker, but the powerful families dominated the political affairs of state. The formation of these aristocratic families is nothing more than political, economic, cultural and other reasons. Culture what the formation and development of aristocratic families played an important role. To Lang Ya Area, Lang Ya aristocratic families (Wang Shi, Yan Shi, and Zhuge Shi) in this period played an important historical role. Western Han Dynasty Lang Ya region formed its own culture - Lang Ya culture. Lang Ya culture showed not only simple folk but also the entrepreneurial spirit. Academic thought has compatibility and pays attention to statecraft, between regional culture and family cultural cooperatively work, and so on. Lang Ya aristocratic families in this region with deep Lang Ya cultural heritage, on the basis of Lang Ya culture, highlighting the characteristics of the families’culture, put on a brilliant scene on the stage of history at the time.The aristocratic family in the region of Lang Ya big clan mainly has Wang Shi, Yan Shi and Zhuge Shi. Wang Shi’s household lived in the region of Lang Ya in former times, but Yan Shi and Zhuge Shi came from the other parts of country and then moved to Lang Ya.They lived an interest to multiply greatly in this beautiful land of Lang Ya.Basis in the Lang Ya’s cultural , The three aristocratic families formed the respectively and only household cultural tradition with special feature.Wang Shi of Lang Ya is the county family of the first-rate of Wei and Jin Dynasty period. Their member could the pulse in accurate confidence ages, understood the changes of the times, supported the benefits of family in the complex social milieu.They learned many thoughts,such as Confucianism, Religion of Taoism and Buddhism.They valued education posterity.The Yan Shi was a scholar to learn noble family, generation with cultured. They carefully obeied Confucianism tradition, being loyal to monarch, showing filial obedience parents and respecting their elder brother. They were indifferent to fame and wealth, living contentedly as a poor scholar, valuing the realization of morals accomplishment and social sense of responsibility. At the same time the Yan Shi members were just much widely read and they were known to the world in the calligraphy and the literature. As for the Zhu Ge Shi household, they read books and plowed the fields at the same time.They not only valued the Confucianism, but also had special state of mind to the Legalist thought.They also paied attention to being attain practical use by a life time, actively going into a life time, for carring out the value of oneself own life with no hesitation to sacrifice, "spare no effort, no release until death".The members of Zhu Ge Shi paid attention to moral integrity, they were not honorable and rather died than surrender. Because of the special traditional cultures of their household, (Wang Shi, Yan Shi and Zhu Ge Shi)their households all continued long hundreds of years, from the Han Dynasty to Sui Tang even Sung Dynasties.Last years of the East Jin Dynasty period, the three households moved to south following Sima Rui.They took traditional culture of China to south.It not only improved the phenomenon that southern culture fell behind the northern culture, but also play an important role to protect traditional culture of China and transport to South of Yangtze River The period of South dynasties frequent change of dynasty. Many scholars returned to north. including the member of Wang Shi’s household and Yan Shi’s household. For the northern national minority political power who was having a change toward the feudalism, their north returned undoubtedly was to accelerate the progress that the northern national minority feudalism turned.It can eliminate south-north region misunderstanding and opposition emotion, promot south- north cultural fusion, laid the foundation for Tang Song cultural prosperity, produce to show profound influence.
