Abstract


Nowadays, the network information media is changing people’s social life way and the thinking mode as well as the values by its unique way, and this has developed the new space for the modern independent personality and individuality. For the university students grown under such background, the personality personalization has become the mainstream. The ideological and political education, taking person’s full scale development as the goal, must keep up with the time closely, scientifically analyses and grasps the contemporary university student’s individuality characteristic, properly understands and processes personalization development and the ideological and political education’s dialectical relations, truly realizes the social development and the individual development harmonious unification, and this is also the modern Ideological and political education responsibility lies. However, the traditional ideological and political education educates people by the unified specification like making "the standard letter" the type fixed pattern for a long time, creates the uniform persons at the same time, which seriously restricts person’s development and runs counter with the ideological and political education’s original intention Therefore, respecting the university students’ individuality development and strengthening the personalized education in the ideological and political education become the important topic of the current ideological and political education theory and the practice.This article, focusing on the union of the theory and the actual problems, mainly carries on the elaboration from the following four aspects.First, based on the Marxist philosophy, the multi-dimensional intelligence theory and the pedagogy achievements, this thesis comprehensively revels the connotation and characteristic of personalization education of university ideological and political education, and elaborates the possibility and necessity of developing personalization education. It argues that personalization education of the university Ideological and political education is a pedagogical activity whice respects the individual as the main entity, explores and guides the individual good ideology potential and superiority to promote the university students individual full scale development. This proposition is a surmounting of uniform education, is a victory to the traditional less pointed less effective ideological and political education. Its development causes the Ideological and political education truely return to the basic point of respecting the human individuality development.Second, this thesis combs the main manifestations of current university ideological and political education that lacks of personalization education and based on this inquires into its reasons. From the adduction, the resonsideration of current shock society’s university students killing or injuring people, the paper carefully examine the main manifestations of current university ideological and political education that lacks of personalization education. Therefore it concludes that the primary causes of the university ideological and political education lack of personalization education are as follows:the traditional value of taking the community as the standard, excessively pursueing the tool rationality, the traditional uniform education administration system, the obsolete uniform Ideological and political education content, the method and the way as well as the mechanical sole ideological politics classroom education appraisal and so on.Third, it thoroughly analyses the principle and the way to implement personalization education of the university ideological and political education. Based on the analysis of the main manifestations and reasons of university ideological and political education that lacks of personalization education, combined with the enlightenment of successful cases of personalization education development, it comprehensively elaborates the principle and the way that strengthening personalization education of the university ideological and political education must insist. It points out that strengthening the personalization education of university ideological and political education must insist to respecting the individuality specialty principle, the pertinence principle and the differential treatment principle, and must respect the university student subject consciousness and the individuality healthy development, construct ideological and political theory education content system that conforms to the contemporary university student personalization development, lay stress on the method and art of personalization education of university ideological and political education, build campus culture environment that is advantageous for the university student personalization development, and construct appraisal mechanism for personalization education of university ideological and political education and so on.Fourth, it clarifies and defuses people’s misinterpreting and anxiety about strengthening the personalization education of university ideological and political education. This article argues that the personalized education and the development are carried on under universal demand instruction of the ideological and political education, strengthening personalization education of the university ideological and political education is not equal to publicizing the individualism, it does not have the contradiction with person’s socialized development, the personalization education and development does not deny person’s full scale development; Personalization education development of the university ideological and political education harmoniously coexists with collectivism education, person’s socialization and the full scale development. And thus it offers beneficial uses for reference to personalization education development and the practice of the university student ideological and political education.
