Abstract


In modern society, research the teacher’s role structure of ideological and political theorycourse in university is very necessary. The traditional teacher’s roles have certain limitation,because of the social change, education reform and development of teacher’s specialization, thenew teacher’s role structure must change from the perspective of Inter-subjectivity. TheInter-subjectivity and Inter-subjectivity education have been more matures system in foreigncountry, but the education of ideological and political from Inter-subjectivity is still verybackward in our country. The significance of the theory of ideology and politics course inuniversity is depended on the properties and function of this course. So the teachers of the theoryof ideology and politics course in university have particular assignment.The traditional teachers between West Country and China have different roles bythemselves. From the perspective of Inter-subjectivity, the teacher’s roles of ideological andpolitical theory course localization to be: the life-long learner, the scientific researcher, thecurriculum designer, the guide of student learning, the collaborator of student learning, theinnovation of student learning and psychological health mentor. There have seven ways to maketeacher’s new roles of the ideological and political course in university: the first, the teachersneed to consummate their knowledge accomplishment, the specialized knowledge as well as thepolitical curriculum related knowledge and set up the idea which the teacher lifelong studies; thesecond, the teachers must transform their education idea, improve teaching and researchingcapacity; the third, the teachers should be based on the knowledge which grasp according to thestudent and the student’s request, make plan to the teaching unit, and design the political teachingcurriculum; the fourth, the teachers must clear the factors which affect students self-study andguide the students to independent learning; the fifth, build the cooperation between teachers andstudents、the teachers and teachers, and ultimately reach to the realm of both teaching andlearning; the sixth, the teachers must innovate their teaching concepts、methods and media,raise the student’s innovative spirit to meet the requirements of the information age; the seventhis to strengthen the training of teachers and improve student’s personality concepts. Structure ofideological and political theory course in university from perspective of Inter-subjective is theimportant way for improving the ideological and political education effectiveness.
