Abstract


Party affairs as a new open mode, put on the agenda after the Fourth Plenum, gradually the people's interest and attention. The party public corruption has a strong deterrent and warning; able to strengthen ex ante supervision, facilitate supervision and sooner, raise the consciousness of the leading cadres of the anti-corruption; better able to prevent the occurrence of corruption through the power of the majority of party members and the masses. Party affairs a new way of thinking and methods for the prevention and punishment of corruption, and because of its unique implementation principle, not only in terms of anti-corruption has powerful features and benefits, and can even become a fundamental strategy to prevent and punish corruption. In response to these difficulties and problems, improvement ideas: to strengthen and perfect the legal system and institutional mechanisms to effectively protect the public process and the effect of the working party; strengthen the right to education of the masses of cadres and party members, and to promote the ideas of real change; extensive supervision by public opinion and supervision by the masses, improve the supervision system of Party affairs.
