Abstract


Now cheerleading programme is constantly expanding in China after Olympic Games and Asian games, China team promote us very well in those competitions. More and more Chinese people are focus on this programme. In recent years, the Cheerleading Aerobics Rhythmic Gymnastics Association of China’s university students movement held two seasons of the tournament, the sport of cheerleading and the spread of cultural ideas has played a catalytic role. We are following the catchword of twin- gymnastics Associations, with the help of education council of Shandong Province, and we are successful in Health & Passion competition of Shandong Province. Some of the colleges and Universities in our province play a very important role as pioneer to promote this new competition and programme. This research includes documentations method, experts’interview method, questionnaire survey method, and Data statistics method etc. I have a deep research from the situation, organization, athlete representation, coach team, and training status etc in Health & Passion Competition in Shandong Province recent two years. Then I analyze and discuss the problem happened in existing and further development space and trend of development.Survey result shows:1.The cheerleading programme development has been pushed by the Cheerleading Aerobics Rhythmic Gymnastics Association of China’s university student’s movement. The university students are training day by day from these competitions; they have faith which is never give up. They learn how to make it improvement of teamwork, hard working, keep the faith. 2.The cheerleading programme in Shandong Province have been delay in other part of China,Also we have less professional teams and low standard; we need face the worse status than other part of China. Then we are lack of cheerleading experts and hard to select.3.The training schedule cannot be fixed in colleges and universities in Shandong Province, there is not a whole technical training system to replace the intensified for training just before some competitions. 4.The coach pay less attention on this new sport also is lack of the professional advices. There are not so many attentions from the master or leader of school. Less outlay paid on this programme.5.The rules of cheerleading competition in Shandong Province are not that professional, there is a big distance with National competition rules. More female and less male join in this cheerleading programme to make it unbalanced. Most of the players who target into cheerleading programme are all turn from aerobics players.6.The coaches are lack of experiences and professional skills. The people who want to join in cheerleading programme are quite hard. There is high risk existed in skilled cheerleading to make it is unbalanced development between skilled and dancing cheerleading.7.Influence factors of shandong cheerleaders exercise a dance with skills the cheerleader balance cheerleader unbalanced development, college of cheerleaders exercise leadership enough emphasis, shandong college cheerleading quantity and overall level is not high, the teachers lack of professionalism, cheerleaders reserve force, shandong lack of organization insufficient professional training.Because this research based on the Health & Passion Competitions in Shandong province in last two years, those two competitions roughly stand for the standard of the level of colleges and universities in Shandong province, and then it is useful to learn and use for references. This research is not including other forms of cheerleading in the society and universities, so it could direct to study in the future.
