Objective topic: trunk flexion muscles are not only the main components of the human torso and dynamic structure, and maintenance of spinal posture and stability play an important role. Many studies have shown that trunk flexion strength and low back pain are closely related. In this paper, Swiss-CON-TREX TP500 type body back muscle strength assessment and training systems to Shandong Normal Institute of Physical Education Students for the study carried out trunk flexion muscles isokinetic testing, comparison and analysis of different sports angular velocity amplitude of different tests as well as different professional project (Physical Education) isokinetic testing indicators characteristic to provide a set of normal reference data and analyze and research the state isokinetic trunk flexion and extension muscle force law, the understanding of trunk muscle function characteristics, further under the guidance of sports training and prevention of back pain and sports injuries all have a certain reference value. Methods: the tests are measured using Swiss CON-TREX TP500 type body back muscle strength assessment and training system (1) Repeat the test during different angular back flexion characteristics Isokinetic Strength of Study: Evaluation of the 10 sports Education Healthy male students aged (21.25 ± 0.87) years, height (180.63 ± 4.21) cm, body mass (73.63 ± 6.37) kg, for three kinds of angular velocity (45,90,135 ° / s) during the 13 groups of repetitive training (of 39 groups) back flexion muscles active compensation mode parabolic Concentric myocardial force indicators. (2) different rate constant movement back to the heart muscle flexion and extension peak torque variation study: 17 Shandong Normal Institute of Physical Education Professional male students for post-Change group (15 ° - 20 °, 15 ° - 55 °, 15 ° - 90 °) and the pre-Change group (15 ° - 90 °, -20 ° - 90 °, -55 ° - 90 °) a total of five kinds of amplitude (each magnitude of repeated measurements four groups) back flexion muscles active compensation mode parabolic constant force to cardiac testing. OUTCOME MEASURES: back flexion and extension and flexion muscle peak torque ratio. (3) different sports majors back isokinetic measurement study: Select Shandong Normal Institute of Physical Education Healthy Students 154 people, including 75 males and 79 females, are covered, including physical education professional (male 27, female 24 people), aerobics (11 males, 13 females), social sports (male 12, female 14) dancesport (5 male, female 19) and traditional sports (male 20, female 10 ). Formal testing using isokinetic - concentric contraction of exercise, the test velocity is set to 45 (° / s), the test torso anatomical starting position are zero (upright position), the scope of activities unified test set spinal physiological activities (extension 0 ° -15 °, flexion 0 ° -90 °), repeated testing, range of motion consistent. Subjects do my best trunk flexion strength five times, rest between sets 1 min. Repeat the test four times each. Test data automatically recorded by the system computer and saved. Results: (1) ① In the 13 group repeated the test period, with the increase in the number of the test group, the subjects of the extensor and flexor peak torque were first increased and then decreased gradually in Group 7 (135 ° / s) when there is significantly decreased (P lt; 0.05). ② the first six sets of duplicate tests, three kinds of speed, group 3 and 4 between the groups were highly correlated with peak torque values. ③ Based on the third and fourth groups of data, 45 ° / s when dorsiflexion muscle peak torque was significantly higher than that of the flexion / extension ratio is significantly lower than 90 ° / s and 135 ° / s when the value of (P lt; 0.01). 45 ° / s, and 90 ° / s flexion and extension movement of the lower back muscles to reach peak torque between the average angle there is a significant difference (P lt; 0.01), and 135 ° / s movement between the two is basically the same ( P gt; 0.05). (2) ① 5 种 amplitudes four sets of duplicate tests, group 3 and group 4 between the peak torque values ??were highly correlated. ② 3,4 times repeated measurements based on the first data set changes with the rear test amplitude increases, the peak torque increases muscle flexion, flexion / extension ratio decreases; pre-change group test amplitude decreases with flexion and extension muscle peak torque increases, the flexion / extension is also larger than the trend. And spine physiological activities (15 ° - 90 °) compared to the rear luffing group 15 ° - 20 ° when the flexor and extensor peak torque values ??were significantly decreased (P lt; 0.01), flexion / extension ratio significantly increased (P lt; 0.01); 15 ° - 55 ° when the index showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Lead Change Group -55 ° - 90 ° flexion muscle peak torque when the values ??were significantly increased (P lt; 0.01); -20 ° - 90 ° when the flexor peak torque values ??and flexion / extension ratio were significantly increased (P lt; 0.05). (3) the institute different majors male muscle flexion and extension peak torque was significantly higher than that of female muscle flexion and extension peak torque (P lt; 0.01), the professional female muscle flexion and extension peak torque ratios were higher than the same professional men flexion ratio. Women flexion muscle average power and total work were significantly lower than that of its fellow professional men muscle flexion average power and total power (P lt; 0.01). Flexion and extension of the professional than the relative peak torque was significantly lower than its peak torque flexion compared with professionals (P lt; 0.01). The average power and total work the comparison result of the comparison with the peak torque is not proportional. The average angle reaches peak torque obvious gender differences, same sex different professions there are some differences. Aerobics professional men and women; physical education, sports dance women tested at 45 degrees per second angular velocity flexor / extensor ratio is closer to 0.85 than other subjects. Conclusion: a three test angular velocity (45,90,135 ° / s) under the repeated measurement process, to the third and fourth sets of test data that the most stable and reliable. In (90 ° / s), slow (45 ° / s) Speed ??Test spinal stability, safe, fast (135 ° / s) when tested spinal stability is poor. Two different range of motion tests, the range of motion during repeated measurement data sets 3 and 4 are more stable and reliable. Flexion and extension peak torque in the low back muscles Rear Change in magnitude with increasing flexion test, extensor peak torque increases, the front horn group, with the test amplitude decreases flexor, extensor peak torque increases. Differences in test results of different magnitude larger. Three different majors institute male flexor and extensor peak torque was significantly higher than that of female muscle flexion and extension peak torque, professional women flexor and extensor peak torque ratios were higher than the same professional men flexion ratio. Women flexion muscle average power and total work were significantly lower than that of its fellow professional men muscle flexion average power and total power. Flexion and extension of the professional than the relative peak torque was significantly lower than that of its fellow professional flexion and extension peak torque ratio. The average power and total work the comparison result of the comparison with the peak torque is not proportional. The average angle reaches peak torque gender differences is not obvious, do the same with different professions there are some differences. Aerobics professional men and women; physical education, sports dance women tested at 45 degrees per second angular velocity spinal stability and good stability over others.
