Abstract


\The high efficiency is the proper meaning of high-quality, improve the efficiency of utilization of human resources to improve the quality of vocational education is especially important. Therefore, the status of Hubei Higher Vocational Education and human resources utilization efficiency and improve ways a systematic analysis. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the topic of background and significance, research status and research methods. Chapter II of related concepts defined. Chapter comparative method, classification, sub-regional, divisional level than the three metrics from the the Seng's staff ratios, student-teacher ratio, analysis of the status of the human resources utilization efficiency of Hubei Higher Vocational institutions. The fourth chapter analyzes the three main factors that affect Hubei Higher Vocational Education human resources utilization efficiency, and Hubei Higher Vocational Education problems exist in these areas. Chapter deal with the problems put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of utilization of human resources in Hubei Province. The last chapter of the full text to summarize it, and put forward the research prospects. The study shows that the Hubei Higher Vocational Education in recent years in the adjustment to improve the utilization of human resources has made great achievements, but there is a greater difference between the various types of institutions. National demonstration vocational colleges Seng staff ratio, student-teacher ratio and divisional level more than three indicators. No stable law changes in several indicators of higher vocational institutions in the regional human resources utilization efficiency, very different across regions, half of the region amounted to less than the provincial average, there is still much room for development. The study also showed that the mechanisms, systems and technology to improve the efficiency of utilization of human resources plays an important role. Therefore, this paper, the problems of Hubei Higher Vocational Education on several factors, trying to put forward concrete suggestions: vocational institutions to establish a sense of efficiency, strengthen the management of human resources, to management for efficiency; develop personnel management system to be combined with a unique demand characteristics of higher vocational college teachers, but also encourage teachers to participate in the democratic management of the school at the same time actively introduce competitive mechanisms; effect of academic power to strengthen the implementation process; management and teaching techniques to the times, to better services for students also can continue to improve the efficiency of utilization of human resources. Independent vocational colleges as research subjects analysis human resources utilization efficiency less, therefore, the results of this study Hubei Higher Vocational Education in the use of human resources has certain reference value.
