Abstract


Today's society is a diverse society , the concern of the people on the Equalization of Opportunities for the pursuit of equality is better than the results . All walks of life want to get the recognition and respect of the community through their own labor to achieve the reunification of their own values ??and social values ??. People-oriented is the essential requirement of social development , its focus on the formation of human capabilities \Therefore , the importance of basic education continue to strengthen its balanced development problem has aroused widespread concern . Shaanxi Province, Shenmu while vigorously developing the economy , and actively implement education county efforts to promote the balanced development of education in the provision of basic education in the public service of process runs through the right of the people of the Department , the benefits for the people the governing philosophy , and strive to achieve the equalization of public services . The ultimate goal of reality and equalization of public services , however , there are still a certain gap , there is such lack of early childhood education services , inter-school education services capacity larger investment in education funding can not meet the demand . This paper based field research Shenmu basic education services supplied to the status quo , research through literature research and interviews , is divided into five sections on basic education equalization study path . First of all, it is a valuable experience summed up the the Shenmu supply of basic education process . Furthermore, the analysis of a wide gap between regions , urban and rural , Intercollegiate issues such as China's current implementation of basic education , Shenmu problems corresponding countermeasures and suggestions and expanded to nationwide favor Shenmu on a better basis for the development of basic education , further in the supply of public services in basic education in the country at all levels of government to be inspired , learn .
