Abstract


In the context of social work qualified personnel rapidly advancing countries actively guide university graduates to work at the grassroots , Beijing and other places have started recruiting university graduates enter the the urban grassroots community serves as a community worker . Enhance the level of community services for the optimization of the structure of community service personnel , and has a very positive sense . How current urban communities situation complex and increasingly diverse needs of the residents , started working just graduated college students community workers to adapt to the working environment of the community ? How to help them to better adapt to the environment of the community , to familiarize themselves with the work , to play to their advantage ? These problems worthy of further exploration and research . Organizational socialization theory is to study new employees to learn to adapt to the theory of work organization management , this study attempts to apply this theory to the analysis of the problem to adapt the work of the College Community workers , mainly organizational socialization tactics of the college community workers . This study qualitative research methods for the study , nine college students in Beijing community workers collect data through depth interviews and literature retrieval , in-depth understanding of the work to adapt to the situation of the university student community workers on the ranking of districts, streets and communities Authority combing their organization led organizations using social strategy and its active use of the individual -oriented organizations social policy , summarized and analyzed , to discuss the content and effect of these strategies , lays out the current college students community workers The work process of adaptation and experience . On this basis , the author proposed improve organizational oriented and individual -oriented social policy suggestions : organization led strategy , to strengthen the training guide and improve the effectiveness of training , and create a favorable environment , improve performance , improve the institutional mechanism to resolve worries ; individual -oriented strategies , to clarify the role , and actively respond to challenges , active learning , improve the ability to work , a good relationship , building a support network , summed reflection , timely adjustment of strategies .
