Abstract
RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification, the abbreviations RFID ) began to rise in the 1990s of a non-contact automatic identification technology , which uses radio frequency signals to automatically identify the target object and signal interaction . Radio frequency identification technology to trickle in our daily life , widely used in the field of logistics management, intelligent transportation, access control, electronic article surveillance , as well as scientific and medical industries . As the most potential for development of the field of automatic identification technology trends , the RFID market is creating huge commercial value the study design RFID UHF passive RFID has important theoretical and practical significance , a huge market prospects . The main content of the paper is designed based on the ISO / IEC 18000 - 6B protocol UHF passive RFID chip digital baseband circuit . First, the system discusses the development of RFID history, development prospects and its basic working principle . Second , for ISO/IEC18000-6B agreement , given the system architecture of the digital baseband circuit and the module division and simulation results , and gives some low-power design methodology . Entire digital baseband circuit using Verilog code to achieve its function through the FPGA platform validation , analysis by the Synopsys Design Complie synthesis and timing , power consumption , and finally using TSMC 0.18um CMOS Mixed Signal Process process flow sheet . The test results show that the UHF RFID tag chip operates in the 860MHz to 960MHz , the read range greater than 5m digital baseband circuit design operating current of less than 3uA , logic functions and simulation results are basically the same , completed in line with the agreement in all mandatory command as well as some of the recommendations of command to reach the the completed label inventory operations , read and write operations and a latch and queries latch function , the tag chip well positioned to meet the requirements of the design specifications .
