Abstract


Abstract:Thinking is the crystallization of human intelligence, and thinking innovation is the development of human wisdom and re-invention, social development of mankind impulsion and intelligence source. Management subject thinking innovation is to make the role of thinking innovation combined with the function of management subject, in order to perfect management practice, improve the efficiency of management, and reflect the human subjectivity role in management. Management subject thinking innovation is the prerequisite and conditions of management practice development, without it, management practice innovation will to be difficult to achieve.In this paper, the important concept of management philosophy, management subject and thinking innovation are elaborated in detail, with explaining the profound connotation of the governing body thinking innovation. This paper will focus on, realizing in reality and philosophical significance of management subject thinking innovation, pointing out the problems existing in the management subject thinking innovation, and putting forward some theory or practice path to deal with management subject thinking innovation’s problems. Based on the deep research and analysis about management subject thinking creativity, which is expected to lead to more attention of manager for thinking innovation and to get really play the important role of the management main thinking innovation.Based on the study of thinking innovation, point to clearly the main body of thinking, realize the value and contribution of thinking subject’s innovation for thinking innovation. In this paper, thinking subject mainly refers to the main body of management, combined the function of management subject with the role of thinking innovation organically, rather than just confined to thinking level to research thinking innovation. So, innovative thinking is not only in thinking activity, in the real practice also having innovation aehk, to make the goals of thinking innovation are more likely to achieve, subjectivity of human more clear.When elaborating the significance of management subject thinking innovation and seeking the path of management main body thinking innovation, the paper is from two aspects of theory and practice to begin analysis. Strong theoretical support and the objective need of practice, the theoretical analysis of theory and practice combining, strengthen the comprehensive and effectiveness of theoretical analysis, understand thinking innovation, more deeply, more comprehensive.The study of management subject thinking renovation is not only the need of changing times, but also the objective requirement of human subjectivity function, but also the inevitable choice of management practice innovation.
