Abstract


After ten years of development, China's real estate industry, changes in the Government distribution system before the reform of market regulation system and institutional reforms to promote the rapid development of China's real estate market, plays an important role in China's economic development process. China is the most populous country in the world, our residents a very strong demand for residential real estate goods, making China's real estate market will be long-term in a seller's market, coupled with the current China is in a critical stage of the process of urbanization, a large number of rural people into the cities, which The part of the population's demand for housing has exacerbated the shortage of China's real estate market situation. Currently, real estate prices continue to rise so that it has become one of the factors that hinder the healthy development of China's economic.
