Abstract


In recent years , the scale of China's bond issuance has gradually expanded , bond investments are also developing rapidly , China 's bond market has begun to take shape . With the steady growth of the domestic economy , the gradual improvement of the investment market , the future of China's bond market there will be much room for development . Market constraints and system in the steady development of China's bond market at the same time , there are still many flaws and constraints , especially in aspects of scale, variety , and the degree of development of the market for corporate bonds , there is a huge gap with the developed countries . Based on the market segmentation hypothesis - two bond market : ultra- supply market by a low- risk and high market demand and a high risk , analysis of bond investment market . The empirical results show that , each quarter the amount of bonds issued by high-and low -risk bonds and bonds with an average yield of impact . On the other hand , in a quarter , the amount of bond issuance affect the average spread of the high-risk and low-risk bonds . These findings underscore the role of market segmentation and investor risk aversion has a role in promoting the use of bonds . China should accelerate the construction of the bond credit rating system , and to solve the problems of China's bond market through the introduction of bond insurance , so as to improve China's bond market , with the international market standards . China's bond market is still in development and exploration , and constantly improve the stage , so the theory on bond investments also need to continue development in China 's bond market inspection and correction , combined with the reality , deepening the refinement , the formation of a set of China's securities market based theoretical system .
