Abstract


With the take-off of China 's overall economic strength in recent years , the Chinese business development is also improved. However, enterprises generally rising faster in the economic strength at the same time , major companies , and even malignant adverse events caused by the well-known large-scale enterprises are endless , and frequently occupy the headlines of major media .
