Abstract


Socio-economic development, environmental issues become increasingly apparent to become more concerned about the part of the public policy, environmental policy and measures, people are not only concerned about the formulation of environmental policy, is more concerned about the effect of the implementation of environmental policy, because it is closely related to people's lives 's.
