Abstract


During the War of Liberation , Zhongyuan Liberated private industrial and commercial experience from decline to recovery and development of the twists and turns and ups and downs . Early in the reign of the Kuomintang , the private industry and commerce of the Central Plains region of both the war-ravaged and financial crisis turmoil , marginalization and KMT local authorities press again be bureaucratic capitalism , survival precarious development very difficult . The summer and fall of 1947 , the Chinese Communist Party launched a strategic counteroffensive , the three armed forces to move into the Central Plains , pioneered the liberated areas of the Central Plains . Into the Central Plains early in the radical \liberated areas impact the spread of industry and commerce trend , also special factors in the New Area environment dictates .
