Abstract


Operating performance is a fundamental business survival and development to improve the operating performance of business operations is one of the purposes of this paper, from the perspective of the capital structure of the capital structure and operating performance of the business relationship and to improve performance. From the relevant literature, industry factors is the capital structure and operating performance between one of the factors , narrow range of industries help to make more clear correlation between the two . As China's coal industry is the basic industry of the national economy , China's economic development has played a huge role in promoting , among listed companies in business management and other aspects of a certain representation , this paper mainly listed companies in the coal industry as the research object , analyzes capital structure and operating performance of the relationship , and accordingly proposes to optimize the capital structure to improve operating performance suggestions. In this paper, capital structure and operating performance of the relevant basic theory, the coal industry listed companies from 2007 to 2009 in the capital structure and operating performance of the indicators analyzed , followed by three years of the sample company 's capital structure and operating performance do empirical studies to analyze the relationship between the two . Empirical research has primarily used principal component analysis method, using integrated performance factors as indicators of business performance reflects the capital structure of the indicators with a linear regression and quadratic regression . The empirical results show that both a positive correlation between the linear regression , quadratic relationship was not significant inverted U-shaped opening is larger, but only appeared positive correlation between the two parts . Finally, according to the capital structure of listed coal companies and Operating Performance Analysis and empirical findings, the optimization of the capital structure of listed companies in the coal industry 's proposals, such as an appropriate increase in the level of long-term debt , strengthen financial management, focusing on sustainable growth of enterprises , strengthen capital operation ability to broaden the financing channels for enterprises to improve business performance play a role . Three models established in this paper and make comparative analysis , this paper is unique.
