Abstract


Anti-Japanese War , the issue of the Shaanxi-Gansu border region currency as the financial independence first step of the Communist Party of China , not only broke the Kuomintang diehards economic blockade of the border region , to support the development of the border region 's economic construction , and guarantee the smooth progress of the Sino-Japanese War .
