For the global financial crisis, the U.S. credit rating agency in which the role has been much criticized. Rating agencies is mainly reflected in the behavior of overstating the credit rating adjustment lag , fast demotion and other bad behavior , these acts have been with CRAS ( credit rating agencies ) function far. This paper analyzes the behavior of rating agencies occurrence of the above reasons , based on ( mainly a conflict of interest , duty evasion , the support of other government agencies ) , with the model assumes that the analysis method of rating agencies behavioral decision research to verify the U.S. credit rating agencies occurrence of the above behavior ( especially overstating rating ) driven by interest , and in the reform of the U.S. credit rating industry analysis based on the status quo rating methodologies open and transparent, to establish a government rating agencies , external constraints CRAS and rating agencies such as self-restraint recommendations . In the context of economic globalization , the international credit rating who has mastered the right , grasps financial pricing. Country credit rating industry in the initial stage of development, in the analysis of the U.S. financial crisis, rating agency perspective summarize the lessons based on the proposed further development of China's credit rating industry recommendations are as follows : to develop a national brand of credit ratings , credit rating agencies to strengthen the country 's regulatory and data accumulation , speeding up China's credit rating agency system construction, technological innovation and market reputation restraint mechanism , improve the transparency of credit rating agencies , improve tracking and conflict avoidance rating system and rating system regulatory approval mechanisms.
