Abstract


Inventory control and optimization model of research and application of corporate purchasing management , inventory control and optimization of an extremely important role in reducing out- risk , lower inventory costs, and improve the level of services available to bring enormous benefits are corporate . In this paper, HEDY inventory management for the study, collected HEDY inventory management data from 2007 and 2008 and the current inventory management situation, analysis and study of its inventory control model was adopted in 2009 and 2010 . By understanding and investigation HEDY inventory management situation and existing problems , combined with HEDY the actual situation of the company's management on HEDY existing ERP system, inventory control method has been improved , better inventory model , reducing the amount of inventory reduced inventory costs, thereby increasing the economic benefits of the company . The main research contents : First, to establish a continuous and stable demand in the ERP system inventory control model . Based on the traditional EOQ model , consider the needs and limited risk out of stock , the use of mathematical statistics , the application of the normal distribution of continuous random demand inventory model were identified in the safety stock can be consumed and can not be consumed two reasonable case materials reorder point , order quantity , order time . And according to Hedy company operation status feasibility and rationality of the use of this model ; discrete stochastic demand variable inventory control model in the ERP system . Evolution of the traditional newsboy problem , taking into account the conversion rate of raw materials and products costly , application requirements of discrete unstable inventory control model , based on the model to determine a reasonable yield and safety stock , according to the the Hedy company finished goods inventory control and optimization analysis , feasibility and rationality of the use of this model . A reasonable performance evaluation model for effective performance management . Trying to to the Hedy Company inventory management related decision - making activities to provide appropriate help and learn from the discussion and research .
