Abstract


The main content of this thesis on the basis of theoretical studies , combined with the ability to power enterprise employees requirements , competency requirements and job characteristics to various factors , establish a set of line with the quality of the power characteristics of the enterprise management personnel and production staff capacity model , and the model is applied to the actual human resources management system . Research emphasis on the following three aspects : first , the theoretical study of the competency model system . Including a literature review on the ability and knowledge of the competency model system introduced , as well as two aspects of domestic and foreign researchers and sociologists research key points , and expressed in plain language ; second on the basis of theoretical studies , expert interviews and questionnaire method , combined with mathematical and statistical analysis to extract electricity employees job - based competency model , and model the meaning of the indicators and the level criteria to explain , at the same time to give a good performance indicators closely related to the specific behavior . Refined competency model includes management positions competency model and production job competency model , the model is divided into three latitude standards of leadership , core competencies and professional competence ; Third , the application of the competency model . Including the application of the model in the new North power company employee selection and configuration , education and training, performance appraisal , career design and recruitment .
