Abstract


Questionnaire Objective: By analyzing the 68,222 copies of college undergraduates reproductive health and contraceptive status quo, to understanding of college undergraduates reproductive health and contraceptive knowledge to grasp the situation, the attitudes and beliefs, sexual intercourse and influencing factors, as well as reproductive health and contraceptive demand conditions, to master college undergraduates in China Reproductive Health Status and reproductive health education for college students, and to provide related services to provide the scientific and theoretical basis. Method: the use of stratified cluster sampling method in the city of seven projects focus Comprehensive General Comprehensive Medicine class or comprehensive College of Medicine, stylistic art 56 \undergraduates conducted the survey. Results: ① The survey obtained 68,222 valid questionnaires were gender balance of the survey, between 18 years old to 22 years old accounted for 97.73%, and 25.15% for the medical profession. ② the college undergraduates reproductive health knowledge of each entry are lower awareness, knowledge total score lower, there were significant differences between the different professions, different gender. ③ 87.07% of the students think that it is necessary to understand the knowledge of contraception, 91.25% considered the need to understand the nature of knowledge, more than 50.00% of the undergraduate open attitude toward premarital sex. ④ 12.55% of college undergraduates had sex, different sex, age, and professional sex incidence and statistically significant difference. ⑤ 53.57% of the undergraduate first sexual behavior to take contraceptive measures, each sex to take contraceptive measures the proportion of 30.71%, 32.67% students had sex unintended pregnancy. ⑥ this stage Undergraduates understanding of reproductive health knowledge channels mainly newspapers and magazines and networks, 91.80% of the students believe that the necessary knowledge of education in the universities, and want to take the form of seminars. Conclusion: ① the current lack of knowledge of Chinese Universities Undergraduate reproductive health, women on its mastery of the boys, mastery of medical students in non-medical professional. ② college undergraduates sexual attitudes and attitudes to become more open, tolerant attitude toward premarital sex, girls concept relative to boys conservative, medical students are relatively non-medical professional conservative. ③ Undergraduates sex incidence is high and increasing trend compared to previous studies of different gender, age, profession students sex difference was statistically significant. The ④ Undergraduates sex occurred more in unprepared circumstances, related measures of contraceptive use is low, a higher incidence of unintended pregnancy. ⑤ Undergraduates knowledge of reproductive health education in schools, and hope learning system from Italy in various forms, and comprehensive knowledge. Recommendation: ① give full play to the role of the main channel of the education sector to carry out knowledge of reproductive health education, to establish a correct attitude towards sex, and establish a healthy sexual psychology. (2) according to the different characteristics of the students the different characteristics of reproductive health education. ③ school mainly play the role of parents in reproductive health education. The ④ sound related social service system to provide reproductive health and contraceptive services for young people.
