Abstract


With the deepening of China's electric power system , power companies macroeconomic policy environment complexity and dynamic nature is more significant than ever . Power companies must figure out their own situation macroeconomic policy environment in which to understand the macro-policy environment on their impact on the macro-policy environment assessment , to the fierce competition in the market to survive and grow . Northeast Power Grid Company, as China's major regional power grid companies, analyzing macroeconomic policy environment on the impact of the Northeast power grid company to study the technical and economic evaluation of macro-environment approach has important theoretical and practical significance. This article in the northeast region of social , economic characteristics and operating conditions of the Northeast Power Grid Based on the analysis , summed up China's power industry, price policy, market trading policies , market operation policy and other macro policies, on the basis of price adjustments for electricity , coal price linkage , large consumers direct purchase of electricity , electricity contracts and corporate -owned power plant and a series of measures which will bring risks northeast grid operators are analyzed, quantified , building risk aversion model and the Northeast power Grid Corporation of business development provides relevant recommendations.
