Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, a growing awareness of the needs of the animal and plant foods. However, due to the unreasonable use of various drugs, not only on the environment caused by the irreversible pollution, but also led to many of the food safety problem, a serious threat to human health. Therefore imperative to develop a series of rapid and accurate detection of drug residues in food, in order to ensure the safety of food sold. Microwave-assisted extraction technology to extract fast, less solvent consumption, high yield, pollution, drug analysis, food analysis and environmental analysis has been widely applied. The papers around the use of several different kinds of microwave-assisted extraction method, combined with solid phase extraction carried out a series of studies on the extraction of fish tetracycline, sulfonamides and Apple carbamate feed. Established a high-pressure microwave-assisted extraction and two-step method combined with solid phase purification method, the extraction and enrichment of tetracycline compounds in fish and interference matrix purification. TCs fish the high efficiency of the extraction, the use of high-pressure microwave optimized to get the best extraction conditions: extraction temperature is 55 ℃, extraction time 10min, and the degradation mechanism of TCs at different temperatures is also some preliminary discussion and study. Meanwhile, the selection of the two-step purification method to effectively reduce a effect of TCS matrix. This method with the conventional ultrasonic extraction, heated at reflux for extraction were compared and results showed that the method extraction speed, high recovery, and to effectively prevent the degradation of the tetracycline. The method detection limit of 0.85-3.4 ng g-1, days (RSD) and inter-day precision (RSD) of 2.6-9.1% and 2.7-9.7%, respectively, and the recovery of 74.5-92.8%, applicable to tetracycline trace analysis. 2. Sulfa compounds in a microwave-assisted extraction method of extraction of water vapor feed. The experiment used the water vapor as the extraction solvent, the combination of microwave assisted sulfa compound feed for rapid and effective extraction, to avoid the use of organic solvents, reducing the other impurities in the sample of the extract to reduce the matrix effect. And low-cost carbon adsorbent solid phase extraction, higher recoveries. The detection limit of this method for 0.78-3.7 ng g-1, the days day precision (RSD) were 2.8-10.7% and 3.3-11.2%, recovery was 46.9-92.6%. 3. Establish a dynamic microwave-assisted extraction combined with solid-phase extraction method for the determination of carbamate pesticide residues in apples. Auxiliary role by microwaves, the use of pure water solvent carbamate from Apple quickly and efficiently extracted, high extraction efficiency, while avoiding the use of organic solvents, reducing pollution. And eventually will be purified and enriched by HLB SPE column. The method detection limit of 1.1-4.2 ng g-1, and the recovery was 71.2-90.1%. At the same time, carbamate extraction mechanism of some aspects of the exploration and study.
