Abstract

Layers assembled a weak intermolecular interaction by alternating deposition technology to build a multi-layer film on the substrate surface, after nearly two decades of development, the people in the expanding the the layers assembled impetus and film-forming substances at the same time, accumulated experience of a large number of multi-layer film structure regulation, and thus become a powerful means to build a functional film layer assembly technique. Layers assembled to facilitate the achievement of the film composition and structure of the advantages of regulation is used in a variety of functional membrane materials prepared, thorough and systematic study of the the layers assembled multilayer film structure regulation law is to develop advanced functional film materials an important cornerstone. With the diversity of the composition and structure of the polymer complex as a large-scale supramolecular assembly, its as build primitive favor rapid preparation form a rich, complex structure and precisely controlled layers assembled monolayer, and then prepared by traditional single building primitives can not be achieved by the advanced features of the film material. However, compared with the traditional single-building primitive, the polymer of the complexity of the structure of the complex, as to build primitive layers assembled monolayer structure regulation is much more complex. Therefore, in-depth and systematic study of the polymer complex layers of the assembled membrane structure regulation law is particularly important for the preparation of membrane materials with specific functions. In this paper, we build the primitive layers assembled film polymer complexes for the study, to explore multilayers obtained after processing and spin coating layer assembly preparation of multilayers of membrane structure regulation law, mainly carried out the work of the following two parts: I. the weak polyelectrolyte polyacrylic acid (PAA), polyallylamine hydrochloride (PAH) is formed based on the electrostatic interaction of the PAA-PAH complexes with polyphenylene sodium vinyl sulfonate (PSS) alternately depositing multilayer film prepared PAA-PAH/PSS. Post-processing performed by PAA-PAH/PSS multilayer film is soaked with an acidic aqueous solution of various pH values ??sequentially, inducing incidence of multilayer film structure evolution, the formation of the hole-shaped membrane structure. Studies show that the evolution of the structure of the multilayer film by PAA-PAH structure of the complex, post-treatment pH of the solution and the immersion time of the post-treatment, and other factors, regulation. II. Based on the formation of hydrogen bonding interactions of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVPON) - polyacrylic acid (PAA) complexes as building primitives assembled multilayer film by a spin coating technique and polymethacrylic acid (PMAA) layers build. The complex composite PVPON-PAA ratio and the spin coating process the rotational speed of the regulation principle of the structure of the multilayer film. The results show that using the smaller scales PVPON-PAA complexes and higher spin coating speed can be obtained the thinner flat film, using a larger scale PVPON-PAA complexes and lower spin coating speed get thicker Rough film.
