Abstract


Objective: CD147 and MMP-9 expression and positioning in the detection of human salivary gland tumors and analyze their relevance, to explore its relationship with the biological behavior of the salivary gland tumor invasiveness, looking for new ideas for clinical treatment of salivary gland tumors provide a theoretical basis . Methods: In this study, select the Stomatology Hospital of Jilin University, Department of Pathology, archive surgical removal of part of the salivary gland tumor tissue samples of 140 cases of pleomorphic adenoma (PA) 32 cases of basal cell adenoma (BA) 28 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma ( MC) 40 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) 40 cases, 10 cases of normal salivary gland tissue. Analysis of CD147 and MMP-9 positioning and expression and salivary gland tumor biological characteristics relations as well as both the relevance and open up a new way out, for the treatment of salivary gland tumors. In this study, the use of immunohistochemistry PV-9000 two-step detection of CD147 and MMP-9 expression and positioning, the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 package. Results: CD147 and MMP-9 in salivary benign (respectively 33.33% and 28.13%), malignant salivary gland tissue group (respectively, 80.0% and 72.5%, respectively), the positive expression rate was significantly higher than that in the control group of normal salivary The positive expression rate (respectively, 10.0% and 10.0%, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (respectively P lt; 0.05 and P lt; 0.05). Mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissue metastasis group CD147 and MMP-9 positive expression rate (respectively 83.33% and 77.78%) higher than mucoepidermoid cancer without metastasis positive expression rate (68.18% and 59.09%, respectively), but the difference was not statistically significant (respectively p gt; 0.05 and p gt; 0.05). Adenoid cystic carcinoma metastasis groups CD147 and MMP-9 positive expression rate (respectively, 100% and 93.75%) higher than the salivary gland malignant tissue cancer metastasis positive expression rate (respectively 75% and 66.67% ), the difference was statistically significant (respectively p lt; 0.05 and p lt; 0.05). Perineural invasion by CD147 and MMP-9 positive expression rate of adenoid cystic carcinoma group (100% and 94.44%, respectively) was significantly higher than that without perineural invasion positive rate (87.5% and 63.63%, respectively), The difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). CD147 and MMP-9 in salivary gland tumors were negative, weakly positive, positive, strong positive expression were 56 cases, 12 cases, 54 cases and six cases, expression consistent rate of 67.73%, the Kappa value of 0.4112, CD147 and MMP-9 expression in salivary gland tumors have a certain relevance. Mainly seen in normal salivary gland tissue of CD147 and MMP-9 expression ductal epithelial cytoplasm; Expressions of CD147 and MMP-9 protein expression in the salivary gland tumors are mainly found in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells and CD147 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma and adenoid cystic cancer is also expressed on the cell membrane of the tumor cells, suggesting that the CD147 molecule may need to be transferred from the cytoplasm to the cell membrane in order to fulfill its biological functions. The conclusion 1.CD147 and MMP-9 can be used as reflect the behavior of the salivary gland tumor cell biology objective indicator. . Adenoid cystic carcinoma of CD147 and MMP-9 expression and cancer if transfers are closely related with neural invasion. 4 there is a positive correlation between salivary gland tumors, CD147 and MMP-9 expression, the combination of both can contribute to salivary gland tumors, especially Salivary reasonable choice of the best treatment options. In conclusion, the present experiment suggests such as CD147 as targeting molecules, screening, designing, synthetic peptide antagonist addition antagonistic CD147 promote tumor growth infiltration joint use MMPs inhibitors and anti-angiogenic drugs, will become a new way out of treatment.
