Objective: To investigate the female lower genital tract high-risk human papillomavirus (high risk human papillomavirus, HR-HPV) infection and cervical lesions Contact . Methods: 3528 patients from January 2008 to October 2010 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical screening of cervical lesions , voluntary acceptance of HPV testing for cervical secretions flow-through hybridization gene chip technology . Which by histopathological examination confirmed 205 cases of chronic cervicitis , CIN grade I 98 cases , CIN II 85 cases , CIN Ⅲ grade 117 cases of cervical cancer 72 cases ( adenocarcinoma in 11 cases, squamous cell carcinoma 61 cases) . HR-HPV infection in the lower genital tract confirmed by histopathological examination of cervical lesions in women were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The overall prevalence of HPV 30.50% ( 1076/ 3528 ) , in which HR-HPV infection rate of 25.14% (887 / 3528 ) . Various types of HPV infection by the the descending top 10 were HPV16, 52,58,11,53,31,18, CP8304, 6 and 68 . Overall infection rate of 7.09% (250 /3528 ) overlap , which of superinfection rates of 5.28% (188 /3528 ) , mainly HPV16 associated with other types of HPV infection . 372 cases of cervical lesions HR - HPV positive rate of 69.48% ( 255/ 372) , HPV16 positive rate of 32.15 % ( 116 / 372 ) , HPV58 positive rate of 15.80% (58/ 372 ) , followed by other high-risk HPV infection (descending ) HPV52 18,31,68,33,39,56,59,51,45 and 35.372 cases of cervical lesions in multiple HPV infection rate of 22.99% , which is more common double infection of HPV16 , 18 and 52 combined with each other . High-risk HPV infection and cervical cancer histological grade , FIGO stage , interstitial infiltration depth and pathological type was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: female lower genital tract HR-HPV infection and cervical lesions occur closely associated with the CIN lesions increased , HR - HPV infection rate was significantly higher . HR-HPV multiple infections and cervical lesions progress . HR-HPV detection screening and diagnosis of cervical lesions has a certain value .
