Abstract

Of the prevalence of diabetes in the city for more than 20 years old 9.7% , about 20% -30 % of diabetic patients develop diabetic nephropathy , the main reason for the treatment of non-standard and poor diet . The major complications of diabetes is diabetic nephropathy . As one of the main treatment of diabetic nephropathy , low salt low protein diabetic diet , in the current study reported its effectiveness and safety of surviving in striving for justice, so we solve this problem . This experiment is to select the 42 patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic nephropathy patients in phase IV , open randomization principle , be divided into low-salt low-protein the diabetic diet group and diabetic diet group . The experimental group and 21 patients in the control group of 21 patients . Patients in strict accordance with the principle of dietary intervention , before and after treatment to detect the 24 - hour blood urea nitrogen , 24 - hour urinary sodium , 24-hour urinary protein excretion , eGFR , serum creatinine , blood urea nitrogen , serum albumin . Admission detection time , 10 to 15 days of treatment and then carry out an assessment . The experiment for low salt low protein diabetic diet can delay the deterioration of renal function , whether caused by malnutrition conduct clinical research . Through the observation of low salt low protein diabetic diet urea nitrogen , urinary protein decreased significantly. This diet intervention safety and well-tolerated , DKD patients to maintain nutritional status , and can slow down the deterioration of renal function .
