Objective: To research the effects of CRP and blood fat of the ACS patients early treated with different doses of Atorvastatin Calcium(20 mg/d and 40mg/d).Methods: From March, 2010 to March, 2011, the 60 patients with ACS were selected randomly and divided into two groups. Based on the normal treatment, the research group was taken with 40mg/d, while the control group was taken with 20mg/d before sleep. The Atorvastatin Calcium was begin to taken within 48h after be in hospital. The parameters of CRP and was tested before medicine and 1d, 2d, 3d, 1w, 2w after use. The liver function was also evaluated during treatment.Results:The level of total cholesterol (TC) and LDL-C were decreasing in the two groups, the improvement of regulating the blood fat was different obviously in the two groups, (P<0/05). The level of CRP was also decreasing obviously in the two, and differences were obvious between them, (P<0.05). No untoward effect was observed.Conclusions: Strengthening the early treatment with Atorvastatin Calcium to the ACS patients can inhabit the inflammatory reaction and decrease the concentration of inflammatory factors. Getting early use Atorvastatin Calcium can benefit the ACS patients more.
