Abstract


In this study, the national \Dual enzymatic hydrolysis of egg white protein peptide on mice memory and nerve excitability . According to \Na K-ATP enzyme activity was determined , in order to explore the mechanism of the influence of the egg white protein peptide on mouse memory ; combination of tested mice production performance to comprehensive evaluation of egg white protein peptide and different enzymatic time egg white protein peptide growth of mice impact , to provide theoretical guidance for the egg white protein peptide products listed .
