Abstract


Chinese traditional society is a family -centered society , the concept of integrated home country from generation to generation . Confucianism from the \In the patriarchal family , patriarchal centric, seniority , sexist as the basic ethical norms, laws against such strict protection of human relations , in accordance with the \. In order to \Serious harm to human relations monarchical and acts as a \Confirm the identity of the person different , different legal status , a few powerful legal privilege . We are moving towards a modern democratic society , to understand their own history , will be conducive to the construction of China's socialist democratic politics . The paper is divided into three parts: the introduction outlined some of the major traditional Chinese Thought of Confucian society and its influence on contemporary China , currently about traditional Chinese society research. On the part of the Confucian Rites focuses on ideas, as well as traditional ideas on the privileged class , the maintenance of monarchical power , presented to these traditional ideas for reflection. Conclusion through reflection Chinese tradition, in order to favor the construction of China's socialist democracy and the rule of law .
