Abstract


In general , trade secrets and state secrets, the two concepts are different areas , have entirely different concepts and characteristics , the difference is obvious : one belonging to private rights , a part of the scope of protection of public rights . But they also have many similarities , even under certain conditions can be transformed into each other . In this paper, for the widespread reality in the range of trade secrets , the secret to the national economic interest standards . Secret intelligence information , how to deal ?
