With the refinement of social division of labor , competition among enterprises has been extended to companies where the supply chain competition . However, due to the bullwhip effect and the effect of the presence of double marginalization , to supply chain management has brought many difficulties. How to coordinate the supply chain, distribution of profits among the members , and how to reduce its external demand forecast uncertainty has become a research hotspot. In this paper, two competitive supply chain as the research object , including a decentralized supply chain supply chain , and the other one for the centralized supply chain. Two supply chain, sales of products in the same market , and in the introduction of decentralized supply chain rebate contract. Rebate contract to play two roles : Impact retailer's decision to acquire real forecasts forecast information to ensure that optimize the profits of suppliers . In order to expand the study , respectively, for four different situations: two supply chains are external market demand forecast ; wherein an external supply chain demand forecasting ; two supply chains do not carry out the external market demand forecasting , using operations research , game on the establishment of the relevant theories and methods of solving the model, and draw relevant conclusions : rebate contract can reach decisions affecting retailers external demand forecasting and prediction information for real purpose ; in a different model , rebate contract for two full effects of the supply chain different, and even within the same model under different conditions on the two supply chain contract rebates have different effects ; retailers do external demand forecast, taking fully into account the cost of doing demand forecasting , otherwise not only will not generate revenue , but will make their own interests damaged ; projected costs also affect the design of rebate contracts , rebates under different conditions optimal contract terms will be different ; supply chain an external market demand forecasting and supply chain decision-making should be predictive decision to keep two consistent .
