Abstract


Real estate industry as a pillar industry of the national economy , the development of the national economy plays an important role . Meanwhile the real estate industry is a typical capital-intensive industries , adequate funding to support the development of real estate is essential. Large-scale real estate development and investment , long cycle, expensive real estate values ??and other features make the development, investment needs a huge amount of money , and our real estate finance market is still not perfect , real estate finance products rarely , mainly dependent on bank loans, real estate financing is relatively difficult , leading real estate investment market risk and credit risk financing highly concentrated in commercial banks . How to solve the problem of real estate financing real estate has become a business imperative . This theory with practice , case studies, empirical analysis, comparative analysis, put forward China's real estate business in the current economic situation, the main problems arise financing , and analyzes the causes of these problems.
